ok, so since the last time i blogged, I have been to speak at Hannova Social club coffee morning on 20th June. it was a gathering of about 20 people and was a lovely informal meeting. i received some good feedback and encouragement. sold some CDs too.
I then went on amazing weeks holiday with the Torch Trust! it was an activity holiday and we did things like zip wire, going on rides at Thorpe Park, Gocarting and horse riding. in between all those things we attended The Point church for their sunday service which took place in their cafe. in the main service Mark (one of the other holiday makers) spoke about his baptism and how the last year had been for him since being baptized on the holiday. I spoke during the cafe part of the meeting about my testimony as a Christian and experiences of growing up blind. again we were well received and had a lot of good fellowship and conversations with everyone there.
i have posted a few times in the Roofspeakers group on FB and am enjoying writing the posts and receiving the comments.
