I have had no official engagements to speak for TTR since my return, however, last week I went to Root Hill for GBM Pioneer camp and was asked to speak a little about the charity and was interviewed on what to do if a disabled person arrives on your church doorstep one Sunday morning, how to make them feel included and help them access the service. The talk seemed to be well received, and it really broke the ice, people started to talk to me a lot more! Often people are unsure how to approach someone with a disability.
I was recognised by some students and parents from Cornerstone school in Epsom, where I have given an assembly and where the interview presentations took place. I really felt encouraged by that.
